Tasting Notes

Composed of our best estate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, this alluring sparkler opens with fresh aromas of raspberry, blackberries, and red currants coupled with subtle hints of lime. Round and full in the mouth, flavors of freshly cut peaches and tangerine ride on a balancing acidity, leading to a long and savory mouthwatering finish.

Vintage Notes

2018 was moderate to cool vintage followed by many foggy weeks in the summer. The slow ripening made for a later than normal harvest, but late-season warmth ensured full ripeness was achieved.

Winemaker Notes

This sparkling Brut Rose is made from estate-grown grapes from the Arroyo Grande Valley. With views directly on to the ocean located 3 miles away, Laetitia Estate vineyards benefit from cool sunshine and moderate nights. Volcanic soils contribute to the perfect growing conditions. The blocks that are chosen for our sparkling wines are in the coolest locations on the ranch for optimal growing conditions to preserve the natural acidity and delicate flavors of the fruit.
